Physical chemistry of natural polymers
ENSIACET
The academic PhD position proposed is included in a multi-disciplinary project on the high pressure molding of natural polymers and composites and will concern the thermo-mechanical analysis of model polymers in low moisture conditions (0-15%).Its objectives will be to establish a comprehensive basis on the phenomena related to the compression of natural polymers through the the realization of PVT diagrams, the study (and the modeling) of the influence of polymer structure and moisture content, the comparison with traditional analysis (DSC, DMA) and the observation of microstructural changes upon the conjugated effect of temperature and pressure.
Green Chemistry and Processes for Renewable Feedstocks
Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse
The Master “Green Chemistry and Processes for Renewable Feedstocks” focuses on the area of the conversion of renewable resources by chemical or biochemical reactions or by physical processes; the courses deal with the knowledge of vegetable raw materials, the set up of the chemical reaction and its catalysis, the operation of the biological reaction (enzymatic or fermentation) and the separation processes that result.
The most common way to assess your English level is by taking a standardised English test, such as:
PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English)
TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
IELTS Academic (International English Language Testing System)
C1 Advanced (formerly known as CAE – Cambridge English Advanced)
What makes PTE Academic stand out among these renowned English exams is the use of A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) to correct the answers of tests takers. This ensures that the results are unbiased and offer a 100% objective evaluation. Another great advantage of using A.I. is speed – results are typically available within 2 business days after taking PTE Academic.
Chemistry degrees teach students about the fundamentals of Organic and Inorganic Chemistry, as well as Physical Chemistry. Other Chemistry classes focus on Chemical Biology and Nuclear Chemistry. Students learn through laboratory experiments, where they analyse chemical reactions, explore research methods, and evaluate their findings. Graduates find jobs as analytical chemists, chemical engineers, pharmacologists, and more.
